第１５回アジア輸出管理セミナー 学会との交流セッション終了報告
日本安全保障貿易学会は今年度のあらたな試みとして、11月20日(火)～11月22日(木)に東京で行われた「第１５回アジア輸出管理セミナー」に於いて、11月22日午前中の部で「学会と参加各国政府関係者との交流セッション」を開催した。学会創設以来、研究大会では一貫して「アジアの安全保障環境の変化と輸出管理」をテーマに取り上げてきており、これまで学会として継続して取り組んできたアジア地域における輸出管理の協力のあり方に関して、日本政府の政策的意図とは一歩離れたスタンスで意見交換、交流を試みた。
基調報告の後、学会側からアジアにおける輸出管理の地域協力に関し問題提起を行い、香港、シンガポール及び韓国からの発表に引き続きパネル討論を実施した。セミナー参加者とは積極的な意見交換ができ、学会として将来に向けたアジアの輸出管理体制の構築構想に向け第１歩を踏み出すことができた。本セッションには学会からは３０数名の会員が参加したが、今後もこのような機会を積極的に活用し学会活動の国際的展開を進めていきたい。
